Buy credits

Credits pay for unlocking applicants' contact details: one credit per applicant per job. Your balance shows at the top of every portal page.

Only an Admin or the Owner can buy credits. Everyone else sees the balance, but not Buy credits or Credits in the sidebar.

Price

A credit costs $5.00 (AUD). The more you buy at once, the bigger the discount:

So 10 credits cost $45.00 and 100 credits cost $300.00. You can buy from 1 to 1,000 credits at a time.

Choose Buy credits at the top of the page, or Credits in the sidebar and then Buy Credits.
Pick 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100, or type a Custom Amount. The box shows the Subtotal, any Volume Discount and the Total.
Pay:
- Pay [total] by card takes you to Stripe's secure checkout. It saves your card for next time and brings you back to Credits.
- With a saved card, Pay [total] with [your card] charges it straight away. Use a different card goes to checkout instead, and Manage cards lets you change saved cards.

Your credits arrive a moment after the payment goes through. A tax invoice goes to your billing email, and your invoices are under Invoices.

If your business can claim credits from an offer, the Credits page shows You have credits to claim. Choose Claim [number] credits.

You can't buy credits in the Grapevine Business app. Buy them on the portal.
