QR posters and sharing

Every business and every job you post gets a QR code automatically. Scanning one takes a job seeker to your business profile, or to that job.
Find your codes
Open Marketing in the portal sidebar. You'll see your business QR code and, under Job QR codes, one card per job, each with its scan count. If a code is missing, choose Generate QR code.
Print or download
Choose Posters & downloads on a card. There are three layouts, each with Print and Download PNG:
- A4 Poster: for notice boards and walls.
- A5 Flyer: a compact handout.
- Window Sticker: a square with a large QR code.
If your browser blocks the print window, allow pop-ups for the portal.
Share online
The code can be saved as PNG or SVG, or copied with Link. The link looks like gvn.au/q/ followed by the code, so you can paste it into a message or post.
See what's working
Scan analytics shows total scans, scans this week and this month, and how many codes are active.
When a job ends
A closed or filled job keeps its card, marked with its state, and its code isn't switched off, so take down old posters yourself. A reposted job is a new job with a new QR code.
