Your own details

Choose Profile in the menu at the top right to change your name and phone number. Your email address can't be changed; contact support if you need that.

How often you get emails

Each person on the team can pick their own pace from the same menu: the team default, every message, an hourly summary or a daily wrap-up. Admins set the team default on Settings.

The terms

When a business is created, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are agreed on its behalf. If the terms change, the next admin to visit is asked to Agree and continue. Seats below admin aren't asked. Read them at the terms and the privacy policy.

What applicants share with you

You see an applicant's profile only after they apply to one of your jobs. Their last name and phone number stay hidden until you unlock their contact details. You never see their location, only how far away they are.

Delete the business account

Only the Owner can. On Settings, under Danger zone, choose Delete account and type the account name. This removes your business, jobs, applications and messages from Grapevine for the whole team.
