Post a job

Jobs are posted on the web portal. The Grapevine Business app can pause, reopen and close jobs but can't create them. Posting a job costs no credits.
You need to be an Approver or above. Below that, the Create Job button doesn't appear.
Create the job
Open Jobs in the sidebar and choose Create Job. The form has three steps. Fields marked * are required.
- Job Details
- Job Status: Open (accepting applications) or Draft (not visible to applicants). It starts on Open.
- Job Title, Job Description, Industry and Position Type (Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Contract, Temporary or Internship).
- Choose Next: Compensation.
- Compensation
- Pay Type: Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly or Fixed.
- Pay Range: a minimum and a maximum. The maximum can't be less than the minimum.
- Superannuation (%) starts at 12.
- Choose Next: Availability.
- Availability: mark the days and hours the job needs, then choose Create Job.
You'll see Job created successfully!
Who hears about it
When a job is open, Grapevine matches it to people who follow your business and whose industries and work types fit it. A draft reaches nobody until you open it.
Change it later
Open the job from Jobs and choose Edit Job. To pause, close or repost a job, see Close or fill a job.
