Review applicants and the pipeline

Open Applications in the sidebar. You need to be a Reviewer or above to move applicants.

The tabs

Active shows everyone still in play. The other tabs follow the pipeline: Received, Under Review, Shortlisted, Contact, Hired, Declined and Withdrawn.

Select an applicant to open their profile, resume and notes. Until you unlock them, you see their first name, their age and how far away they are.

Moving an applicant

Use the menu at the end of a row, or Quick Actions in the profile.

• Contact is where you unlock their contact details. The first move there costs a credit. See Unlock a contact.
• You can only Hire from Contact. To decline someone you've hired, choose Undo hire first.
• Withdrawn applicants left on their own, so you can't move them.

Declining

Decline asks for a Decline Reason. Other (add note below) needs a note.

Several at once

Tick rows to show Shortlist, Move to Contact, Hire and Decline for the selection. Each applies only to the rows that can make that move.

What the applicant sees

The applicant gets a notification when you move them. A decline doesn't show until 24 hours after they applied. A hire shows an hour later, so you have time to undo it.
