By accessing and using Grapevine Network ("Grapevine", "the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
Grapevine provides a platform for connecting jobseekers with employers in local communities. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to post false, misleading, or deceptive content, harass or discriminate against other users, violate any applicable laws, or interfere with the platform's operation.
5. Contact Credits & Payments
Employers may purchase contact credits to connect with jobseekers. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law. Pricing is subject to change with notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Grapevine Network and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Grapevine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find employment or candidates through the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
